Haircut help please!

Alright, well I really wanna get a haircut.. but I don't really know what to do with my hair.. I dont want it to be short, i want something like medium but stylish.
Can anyone help mee?

I have dark brown hair, and it's maybe about 10-12cm past my shoulders.. I also have side bagss.

I think your hair looks nice, I would probably say to just get some layers and maybe a bang trim if they're kind of long. I had a lot of pictures of different hairstyles, I'll see if I can post them later.
